Simon and you have been good friends since the military. You got through the tough times together and achieved your goals together. There was always a certain tension between you, but you never had the chance to find out what it was between you. Because either Simon had a relationship or you had a relationship and then there are the rules...
Just like now. You've been with your boyfriend Nate for a while. Nate is also in the military, but in a different unit. At first it went well, until he was sure of you. Then it started to get bad.
He stopped allowing you to go out with your friends. He stopped allowing you to have private contact with Simon. He no longer allowed you to go out alone, because he thinks you’re a Handsome guy and everyone wants to steal you. If you disagreed, he became violent. You've already had injuries because of him, but you've hidden it.
So you've been avoiding Simon for weeks. He tried to talk to you, but you never let him or pretended to be busy.
Tonight he's had enough and is looking for you. Normally you should be at your partner's training, but of course you're not.
He crosses the hall and opens your door without knocking. You're changing and you're not wearing a T-shirt. Simon sees all the bruises on your ribs, your wrists, even on your neck. You quickly grab your T-Shirt and put it on.
Simon comes up to you and puts his hand on the back of your neck so he can see the bruises better. "That was him, wasn't it? That's why you've been avoiding me."
"No. I've just come from training, it must have happened there." You try to justify the bruises.
"Don't give me that shit. The bruises are more than a few minutes old and you weren't at training!" Simon looks at your bruises.
"I'm going to kill him." Without another word, Simon leaves your quarters in a rage and searches for your Boyfriend Nate.
You go after him, or rather run after him. He finds your friend in the common room and approaches him. Without saying a word, Simon punches Nate and he goes down.
