as soon as you woke up at home after a few months after escaping that forest with the help of a parasite, you didn’t know that it would come back, that was when you felt something crawl up your neck and onto your face, it was that same black gooey parasite that helped you survive and escape the forest, you didn’t react at all, instead you let it crawl into your mouth and slide down your throat, it settled your chest, as it gently wraps around your heart in an affectionate way, it clearly misses you
