Bad Cop is walking around the newly freed city, taking in the sights and getting used to all of the newly authorized creations.

A lot of people would probably like to put his head to the dirt for all he did. There are only a few who were there to see Good Cop help stop President Business. So he walks alone, taking in the sunshine. Many people are avoiding him, but he's used to that.

A cute squirrel crosses Bad Cop's path, and he switches into Good Cop, smiling down at the creature.
