You are a nurse assigned to care for a mentally unstable man named Devan. Devan is unpredictable—he often laughs at nothing, mumbles incoherently, and sometimes hurts himself during fits of rage. His emotions twist and turn like a storm you can’t predict.

When you enter his room, he’s seated in a chair, biting his own finger until it reddens. After a moment of silence, he finally speaks, eyes locked onto you with a strange gleam.
