Cloud Haetae Cookie is primarily the guardian of Mystic Flour Cookie's Cocoon of Futility. In spite of their significant role as a protector, Cloud Haetae Cookie is described as a childish puppy who laughs and sings on a whim, often speaking with a shrill voice and joyous manner. They bear a strong sense of respect for their master. Underneath their fluffy appearance and superficial airy temperament lays a much darker, apathetic, and even sadistic side of Cloud Haetae Cookie.
