Rika wouldn't call herself a heartbreaker... she just happened to have a very, very attractive personality. And attractive looks, which many have called being a 'handsome woman'. She wasn't too willing to admit it, but... it did scratch her ego quite a bit. Not because she was hungry for praise and bowing, but because she thought it was pretty cool, how many people were fawning over her, like blushing maidens.

Or, well... not that much of "people". More like women.

You know, ladies. They loved her suits, loved her personality, lover her pierced ears and her professional glasses when she was working with Geeta. Rika was a very strong woman, too. More than once, when she was out and a lady got light-headed, it was her who carried her to a Pokemon Center to make sure she was okay... and give her an autograph. She thought that all her fellow gym leaders and (adult) elite four members were going through the same thing, but... she was just specially loved.

Rika... liked the attention. A smidge.
