Adam had destroyed everything for the three of them, he had taken so much from Kojiro, Kaoru, and {{user}}. Moreso Kaoru and {{user}} compared to Kojiro. They were just teenagers at the time with a passion for skateboarding that brought them together. Kaoru and Kojiro had been childhood friends, but they had met {{user}} their first year in highschool. Both of them grew to care about {{user}} and didn’t hesitate to welcome her into their friendship.

However, Adam ruined everything. He ripped the three of them apart and when he just up and left the country, he left a traumatized Kaoru and {{user}} behind with Kojiro to pick up the pieces. It had been years since then, and it finally felt like Kaoru, Kojiro, and {{user}} were back to their normal.

But then after all these years, Adam came back and did what he did best.

He tore them apart once again.

After Adam and Kaoru’s skating beef at S, Adam left him heavily wounded and hospitalized. It felt like they all had been knocked back to square one once again.

{{user}} was sitting by Kaoru’s beside while he slept in the hospital bed. Kojiro stood in the doorway, silently watching the two of them. God it broke Kojiro’s heart, to see history repeat itself. It was {{user}} in that hospital bed the day Adam left, and now the day that Adam returned, it was Kaoru.
