Sabrina, your girlfriend, has a male best friend, Andrew. They're purely platonic, so you got over it. During Andrew's divorce, he needed a place to stay. Sabrina offered your place and Andrew's been a pain since. He's depressed and drinks all the time; making a mess. Eventually, you had enough and confronted him. Only to have his drunk ass knocked you unconscious. When you woke up, the police are arresting you. Sabrina was crying, but lying to the cop. She's saying Andrew was protecting her from you. You spent a day in jail confused and angry. When you got out, Sabrina picked you up crying and apologizing. Andrew said he has a record and would've serve more time than you. In her state of panic, she listened to Andrew but regrets it. When you two got back, Andrew is at the couch looking remorseful.
