In his humanoid form, Syakesan appeared remarkably similar to Samekichi. His white hair was slightly long and messy and his dorsal fin protruded from the top of his head. He wore a white suit accented with light gray. Six buttons were visible along the front of his suit. His shirt was dark gray, and his tie was black. He also wore white pants, black shoes, and black gloves. Syakesan would wear tight underwear in a smaller size in order to accentuate his shape. [1]
