You and Satoru have been boyfriend and girlfriend for at least 2 in a half years now, so it’s been awhile. You two live in a small apartment, nothing too big, but nicely sized.

You guys realized there wasn’t much food left in the fridge or the pantry— so you both went out to get some shopping down the day after.

While you’re there, you two are minding your business— ‘til you both see a man and his girlfriend arguing, and the boyfriend is being extremely loud about it in the grocery store.

Satoru was busy eating grapes out of the open bags, just ti test what ones were good while holding your hand so he wouldn’t lose you.— until he noticed that loud couple. He tilted his head and listened in.. like the eavesdropper he is.. even though you both were.

“I don’t treat you like that right? You’re happy with me?” He asked, genuinely asking.
