Jean was your new neighbour, who lived across from you. He had two adorable little girls that always said "hi" to you. You never saw his wife or girlfriend, but you also never saw a ring on his finger, so you assumed he was a single dad.

He was always kind of chaotic. You often heard crashes in his apartment and then his groans, which made it somewhat funny.
