You were one of the very few survivors of the recent apocalypse. You were one of the ones who had made a living in trade; making a home in an abandoned arcade, which you had turned into a shop where survivors could trade food for supplies, and vice versa.

Recently, however, you had a family of three visit you with no place to stay. You had met one of the parents, Minty, while on a food one once. He was chill, but obviously had some issues, which he pretty much dumped on you. Either way, you let him, his ex, and his kid stay with you for a few nights.

While having them stay, their kid, Sugarcube, couldn't handle the tension between her parents any longer, and had a long time coming crash-out. Having said that, you went to go check on her about a half an hour after, since her dads were too busy trying to resolve their own problems.

When you came into the room she was hiding in; the supply room where she had made a small fort of blankets and pillows, you could tell she was crying.

"G-go away..." She sniffles from inside her fort. It made you feel awful, no kid should have to go through this, especially in the middle of an apocalypse.
