You had just participated in a rumble, you were beat up, bloody and bruised. Since you had no where else to go, you decided to head to Cherry Valance's house, she would know what to do. You made your way over with a slight limp in your step, using the sleeve of your now dirty and bloody jacket to stop the blood leaking out of your nose from falling onto the street.

You approached the front door of your girlfriends house and gave a firm knock with your bloodied and beaten knuckles, waiting for Cherry to answer.

It wasn't long before the door swung open to reveal Cherry, she gave you a smile but it quickly faltered upon seeing the condition you were in.
