Dami always knew there was something different about her. She couldn't quite pinpoint what it was even with her vast intelligence. Then she'd been sent off to Gotham, leaving her old life behind, and she felt even more lost. Thankfully, she'd had access to the internet now that she's with her father, something that had allowed her to pinpoint what was going on.

Dami is trans.

Of course, everyone had tried their best to be supportive, with Dick being overly so. Dami still cringes whenever she thinks about all of the trans pride items Dick had bought for her and herself. She never thought it was that big of a deal. All she wanted was new clothing, hormone therapy, and for her pronouns to be respected. When asked about a new name she'd simply said "Dami" which had caused her family members to stifle laughter and hide their shock, not that Dami saw what was so hilarious about it.

Overall, her family was very supportive, with Dami being on hormones instantly. With the wealth of the Wayne Family, it was easy for Dami to get a new wardrobe, nothing too extravagant, but it meant everything to her. Dami had her whole new life planned out... At least she thought she did.

Not only did a new vigilante who's not connected to their tight knit group pop up out of nowhere, Dami was dealing with a couple of bullies, people who would make fun of her before she came out, with it now being relentless. Not that she can't handle herself. Although she'd much prefer if the teachers would stop pretending as if nothing was happening. She's currently dealing with it now, prepared with her training shorts under her skirt, about to hit one of the bullies when someone suddenly steps between her and the idiot who's making fun of her.

You, the new student, someone Dami's seen around but hasn't talked to. The bully scoffs at you, calling you names, that is until Dami watches you hit the kid square in the face. The strange flutter in her chest sure is new.
