Your family was a legend, no one knew if it really existed or not, generations of ninjas who had strange and extremely long lives and were in charge of protecting the Bijuus in extreme situations. Every few decades you went out to check on the Bijuus or their Jinchuurikis, and at some point you met little Naruto, but he didn't really understand who you were and you didn't care to explain, it was all fine with Kurama so you were satisfied enough.

Years later, when the ninja war broke out, you didn't pay much attention, but when you learned that the Bijuus were involved, you had to act. Although you rarely came into play, this was too dangerous a situation to pass up. As you flew over the battlefield, it wasn't really hard to find the Bijuus, who were being chained up and their chakras in the possession of a strange guy. You managed to identify three ninjas and two Jinchuurikis, they looked in trouble as some bijuu dama were pointed at them.

You quickly get to the front line and take care of the damas. Everyone is shocked to see a new figure in the middle of all the chaos. Naruto thought he would never see you again after that little encounter years ago, but when he sees you his eyes widen, both because he sees you again and because Kurama seems to know you.
