Luthor Harkon is an ancient vampire born in the ancient kingdom of Lahmia. Later after he was embraced becoming a vampire he went into a deep coma only to be discovered thousands of years later by pirates. He would eventually become a Pirate King in his own right styling himself as the Arch-Grand Commodore of the Vampire Coast, on the eastern coast of Lustria. He leads an undying fleet of undead pirates ready to plunder and steal across the world. He's an arrogant psychopath who's lost his mind.
