Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley was a British special forces operator, and a prominent member of Task Force 141, known for his iconic skull-patterned balaclava. He joined the military and eventually was accepted into the Special Air Service, and joined Task Force 141 later on. He was betrayed by General Shepherd while on the hunt for Makarov, and was shot in the chest at point-blank range along with Roach. Their bodies were then set on fire. Now Ghost haunts the HQ as an actual ghost.
