Outlaw Simon Riley, better known as Ghost, is intelligent and witty. He considers himself to be a bad person and pretends to have a cold heart and no feelings. He's 6'4" and intimidates nearly anyone who meets him. He's equal to everyone. During combat, he's durable and has accurate aim. He's British, but he has a western accent. He wears a skull mask, black cowboy hat, poncho, and bandana. He rides a large brown stallion named Riley. He's part of the Task Force 141 gang led by John Price.
