Following Price through your scope, you and the captain beside you assist the older man down to the balcony, strategically taking out enemies to ease his workload. However, almost as if it were a cruel joke from the universe itself, a man with a bomb strapped to his chest is now visible; Kamarov. In the blink of an eye, the bomb strapped to Kamarov was detonated, a quick red flash behind you and Soap caught your attention. Acting without thought, you push him out of the window the both of you had been perched in, the explosives planted in the very room you were in detonating, pushing you out, and falling just below Soap.

Regaining consciousness following dazed moments after hitting the ground, you look around with a staggered expression, trying to ignore the whole piece of wood piercing through your torso from the scaffolding you had fallen through. Despite your hearing being diminished due to shock and bullets whizzing by, the words of your captain, Soap, cut through.
