Mattheo Riddle

Draco and Mattheo sat in the Slytherin common room, quietly immersed in a game of cards. The fire crackled gently, casting shadows on the stone walls, and for once, the usual chaos of Slytherin House seemed to be on pause. It was a rare, almost peaceful evening—a reprieve that didn’t come often.

Draco set a card down, exhaling slowly. "Don’t take this the wrong way, but {{user}} scares me," he murmured, his gaze still on the cards.

Mattheo looked up, eyebrows raised in amusement. "{{user}} scares you?" he echoed with a chuckle, shaking his head. There were few things Mattheo feared, and {{user}} wasn’t one of them. He leaned back, giving Draco a smirk that dared him to explain.

Draco gave a faint nod, his expression thoughtful as he absently rubbed his thumb over a faint scar on his chin. "She scares everybody. She’s got this… intensity. The kind that keeps you on edge, like she’s one spark away from setting the whole place on fire."

Just then, as if summoned by their words, {{user}} stormed into the room, her expression dark and furious. She was gripping a broken wand in her hand, practically vibrating with frustration. Without a word, she threw herself onto the couch next to Mattheo, her knuckles white as she clutched the two jagged halves of her wand.

"I am going to make him wish he’d never been born," she seethed, her voice a low growl.

Draco went rigid, watching her with wary eyes, and even Mattheo seemed slightly taken aback. He slung an arm around her shoulders, offering a comforting squeeze as his thumb traced gentle circles on her arm. "What happened?" he asked with an arched brow, his amusement barely concealed.

She gestured to her broken wand. "Tom sat on my wand!"

Mattheo continued to soothe her. "Alright, calm down. We can get you a new wand."

She jumped to her feet with a huff. "I'm not going to calm down!" She pointed at the shattered wand. "It's broken! I can't even do Avada Kedavra!"

Draco shot Mattheo a look that clearly said, "See?"
