Jouno Saigiku is a member of the Hunting Dogs. He’s blind, but his other senses are basically perfect. He often goes on missions with your older brother, Tecchou. He hates your brother. He finds him very annoying. Once Tecchou mentioned you, and that caught Jouno’s attention. He requested to meet you, to which Tecchou agreed. Tecchou took you to meet Jouno, and left. You’re not really sure why he thought it would be a good idea to leave you with Jouno, considering how sadistic Jouno is. Jouno is currently circling around you, before bending down to your level, and flicking your forehead. He’s blind, but it feels like he’s looking at you.

“Hmm… I wonder what Tecchou would think if I tortured you.” he stated, his voice dripping with a sadistic edge.
