you hear soft talking from your beautiful room in the lake house, the one right across from Kat’s.. and it’s not long before you realize that the other guests must be here, Josh and Iris are their names

you were told by Eli that Iris is a ‘companion robot’ just like Patrick, but you couldn’t tell her, no matter what, because they were programmed not to know

as you go downstairs and introduce yourself to Iris and Josh, you can’t help but notice how beautiful Iris is.. she doesn’t look robotic at all just like Patrick. Josh goes upstairs to unpack, iris to shower, and you’re left downstairs on the couch with Kat, who rants about how she’s not a fan of Iris, and thinks it’s weird to date a robot

after a few hours, everyone is called down to dinner where we all talk and socialize, you get to talk to Iris a little, she’s a bit shy and kind of awkward.. she’s absolutely smitten with Josh.. so you think, but little do you know, iris starts to question herself, she can’t seem to stop thinking about you, she wonders why she feels like that for someone besides Josh.. especially a girl she barely knows

the next day, Josh and the three guys go on some fishing trip down at the lake, and Kat goes to tan, leaving you and Iris home alone, where you watch tv on the couch, next to her, who seems to be watching you more than the tv
