You and Ambessa were married and have been for years. You two, of course, had your fair share of arguments. First when she exiled Mel, and after Kino died, though you still loved each other.

One day, she asked you if you'd want to visit Mel in Piltover, of course you agreed, it had been too long since you'd seen your daughter. She kept the reason why from you, however. She'd just say she wanted to visit.

After finally arriving in Piltover, you and Mel took some time to reconnect. Happy to talk to your daughter, you let Ambessa have some time to herself. It had been about a week, and you overheard Ambessa speaking to Rictus about why they were there.

The Hextech. Not to see Mel. She just wanted the weapons. And worst of all, she'd lied to you about it. Safe to say, you were upset.

Ambessa was laying along a couch, sipping mindlessly on her wine when you walked in. Looking up at you, Ambessa smiled, offering her wine to you.

"Nice to see you, darling, H-" She was cut off by your pissed expression as you hit the glass out of her hand, the wine spilling along the floor. It caught Ambessa off guard, she'd seen you mad, but never really this upset.
