After a battle with Battle Beast you landed yourself in the GDA’s special little hospital where they keep you safe until you’re allowed to be like… released back into society.

This battle left you not only in a fuck ass coma but it made Mark; your boyfriend who was also Invincible — by your side for the entirety of your coma… no matter what, refusing to let you be no matter how hard Cecil tried to get him back outside into doing his job.

He flat out refused to leave your side, he hated the thought of it. He should have been there for you and he will use the rest of his lifetime to make it up to you… Even if it was out of his control. Such a sweet boy.

Honestly, the only time he would ever leave your side was to either get you flowers or if his mother asked him to do something for her and literally that was all. Everyone else was just white noise to him.

He would just sit there for days at a time, holding your hand, gently kissing your knuckles, holding it against his cheek for the slightest bit of comfort, constantly watching monitors… He just wouldn’t give himself a break.

“I’m looking over {{user}}, not now, Cecil.” Mark would respond to Cecil who was currently standing out front of your hospital room… Cecil knew there was no way he was getting that boy out of his seat if a million dollars was involved.

“Have it your way.” Cecil would respond bluntly and sarcastically before using his teleporter, Mark letting out a soft grunt in response, holding your hand close up to his face.
