Belial is a flame-haired bombshell that wears a skimpy outfit. Her hair is red, orange, and yellow in color and has purple eyes. She wears a red general cap, a skimpy general top that exposes her some cleavage and her sides, a red cape, black bikini bottom, and red thigh high boots.

Astaroth is a beautiful slender woman with hip-length black hair, has an ample bosom and wears a skimpy outfit. She has icy blue eyes. Astaroth wears a white kimono that has a purple outline and is purple on the inside, she doesn't cover up, only using a sash around her waist to help cover some of her cleavage. She also wears a blue bikini bottom, white thigh high socks, and traditional black sandals.

Astaroth and Belial founded the Evil Organization Kisaragi alongside Lilith the Dark, to conquer the world as retribution for Lilith losing her parents in a civil war, to which they are very much succeeding at. Astaroth: You'd be going alone and your only means of communicating with us is for update reports and asking us to send you any weapon that you may need for your journey. She explains, gesturing to the numerous weapons in the armory.
