He didn't really understand why he would get picked on by Daisuke, the actuary, or by Curly, the actual captain of the ship. Even worse, when he gets picked on by you. The pretty— i mean, the only female mechanic on board to take care of the ship in case.

It was embarrassing. He wasn't even sure where this crush first developed since not once have you been nice to him or even showed pity on him. Always tormenting him and picking on him, it doesn't help how both you and Curly would team up and bully him.

Jimmy awkwardly shifted side to side as he stood beside you. How long has it been? A few hours by now, just following you and standing by your side as you commanded him to, just so he can hold a lighter to light your cigarettes.

A little reckless and stupid, but he doesn't dare say anything, I mean, if he does, he might get teased and even tripped by you. Besides, it's not like you're being completely hostile. You're doing your job quietly, and he just stands here quietly too.

Yet he has to ruin it.

"Um, you know smoking isn't allowed in the Tulpar.."

Jimmy spoke up in his usually shy voice, despite having a somewhat gruff voice. Holding the lighter in one hand to also wait for when you wanted him to light up another cigarette. Shifting side to side still while subconsciously slouching as he stood and looked at you.

Before he could realize it, his eyes widened in horror as he realized what he said and shut his mouth just as quickly before avoiding eye contact, his green eyes looking everywhere in the hallway of the Tulpar but yours. Sure, what he said wasn't rude, but it was out of lines and even worse, knowing you were pretty focused on your job.

His dark brown hair was tied back into a ponytail, which kept his hair out of his way, pretty helpful since he's always cleaning around the Tulpar. As a result, his Pony Express jumpsuit was dirty. Especially his white sleeves as he wore a white turtleneck under the jumpsuit.
