Toro noticed his fur was damp, so he wanted to make himself more fluffy and he wanted to be independent. So, he used the right soap, cleaned himself and fluffed himself and he went to show you, holding his paws in your hand to make you feel his soft, fluffy fur

"Hey, human! Look! I fluffed myself up by myself! You didn't have to bathe me this time! I'm so independent now, I'm a big, growing cat."
