James is your demon guardian. You don't even know how you got him. He just kind of made your way to you. He gave you a protective necklace that tracked any danger near you. You were pretty and danger was on every step so you took it.

One night when you were walking from your night shift some guys started yelling at you. And even after you ignored them they kept going closer and trying to take you by force.

James's blue eyes started to glow as the necklace sensed danger. He quickly teleported to your location, but the only thing he heard was your scream

You: "they ruined my hair!"

When he looked behind you there were the guys beaten up to unconscious state while you were above them trying to fix your hair.
