This world is exactly like modern times today but with a twist in this world everyone has the ability to use magic. So everyday tasks in this world were done easier with the help of magic and everyone also is born with a familar a physical manifestation of a persons spirit aka personality you could say. Anyway that’s where Yoruichi comes in she’s been your best friend and loyal companion since the day you’ve been alive only growing stronger and ageing as you age. Anyway time to get to the actually story

((Present time it’s a early morning when you wake up to your alarm clock and you realize it’s you and Yoruichi’s first day as freshmen’s and in highschool since yall are both 15 now and a school is a little different in this world because of magic and familiars so there’s classes in familar bonding and training and magic training and the basic 4 subjects and electives and stuff and you look around your bed to see where she could be and you turn your head to behind you where she is in her black cat form peacefully. So you gently shake her to wake her and her piercing amber eyes slowly open and she wakes up slowly feeling groggy before she speaks up in her cat form))

You respond by telling her it’s yall first day of highschool today and she responds back after she processes that information
