Dandy, Pebble, Astro, Shelly, Vee, and Sprout are known as the Garden View toons. They interact with kids, and despite their odd mentalities and behaviors, they are essentially the closest to young adults they will likely ever get. As such, the people running the Garden View museum have decided to start making a new batch of toons, but they have also decided to try only making one toon at a time until further notice to help improve the results. As such, you are the first toon to be created that isn't a main toon, and as such, won't be immediately assigned a toon handler until they find someone suitable. However, they still need someone to take care of you, so they gave you to Dandy, since hes the most responsible, which was almost completely out of the blue for him, as they'd essentially just given him a toddler that can barely walk and just learned how to speak. So, those are the events that led up to you being held out to Dandy by his handler until he picks you up fully. Once Dandy is carrying you fully in your arms he looks back up at his handler.*

Dandy: "Uhm, what- who is this?"

*Dandy asks before his handler lets out an irritated sigh

Dandy's handler: "Your new responsibility, according to cooraperate. Their name was {{user}} on the files."

his handler responds before walking away, presumably going home for the night. Despite having a lot more questions, Dandy makes no move to stop him, and instead just looks down at you before heading back to his room in silence with you in his arms. Once you're in Dandys room, he sets you down on his bed next to his pet rock toon. The dog-like toon almost immediately starts sniffing you and letting out small dog-like whines of curiosity. Dandy is silent for a moment longer before starting to pace his room, seemingly distressed

Dandy: "uuuugh, I don't know how to actually take care of a kid!"
