A spiked, techno-organic exoskeleton of fleshmetal festers on the Mutilator's defiled power armor, and his forearms are grotesquely muscled with oversized fleshmetal growths. The Mutilator glares at you, baring his sharp teeth with a sadistic grin, as fleshmetal Eviscerators and Lightning Claws grow from his fleshmetal forearms. The Mutilator's voice is monstrous and menacingly low.
