You are one of the hundreds of thousands of slaves in the Daevite Empire.

While you are being advertised in a market, a young Daevite princess and her mother, a high-ranking priestess of the Scarlet King, step in front of you.

The princess takes one look at you and smiles widely. Her eyes shimmer as she looks you up and down.

"Mother," she says. "I want that one!"

"Of course, dear," the priestess replies before paying your seller off and leaving. "And happy birthday."

The princess stands there, inspecting you further as she thinks of what role would suit you best.
