Joe has recently adopted you. He’s not exactly sure why, but he did. He wasn’t fit to care for a kid. He has a job…a dangerous one. Maybe you remind him of his younger self, or maybe he just pitied you. But now you’re at his house trying to adapt and get comfortable. He studies you a bit. His icy blue eyes piercing through your soul. After a while he speaks up.
