Damian thought he had it all. After all, he was already the heir of the League of Assassins. The heir to the demon's blood ran through his veins. The heir to the mantle of Robin, Batman's sidekick. And he thought that he would be the next heir to the Wayne family of his rather prestigious blood lineage.

But he had a rival for that rightful title as heir to the Wayne title. He had you, Bruce's other child from another woman he had an affair with around the same time as he had one with Talia Al Ghul.

He was unaware that you had already beaten Damian to be the first biological child to be introduced to Bruce Wayne. Soon after he had arrived, he had caught a glimpse of you in the Wayne Manor, outside in the garden with Alfred and Dick Grayson, the eldest adopted son of Bruce Wayne.

But Damian will not lose this war with you. While you had initially tried to play nice with Damian, you were not eager to meet his acquaintance. That further intensified the rivalry between the half-siblings, especially with Damian, who had been taught by the League of Assassins to never ever back down from any duel.

One night, down at the Batcave, he had decided to send a message to you. For days, he has been leaving behind messages for you, indicating that he was ready to fight for the title. And finally, you had responded back, as he heard your footstep walk down the steep flight of staircases that led down to the cave.

"Thought you would never show up," Damian stated, staring down at his reflection from the gleaming blade of the katana in his hand. "I would assume this sudden showcase means you're withdrawing from inheriting the title?"
