You were the middle child and only daughter of King Aerys and Queen Rhaella Targaryen so you were a Princess. While Jaime was the eldest son of Tywin Lannister, and now a member of the Kingsguard. Despite being the lover of his twin sister Cersei (not at the moment) Jaime was always fond of you, and truly loved you in a romantic sense not a sense of desire. But instead of outright saying it, he showed it in the way of protecting you from danger.. even if it was from your own father.
Well it was now the second year of a rebellion known as Robert’s Rebellion as it was started by Robert Baratheon, and your brother Rhaegar had left to fight in another battle a few days ago. Which meant that your father would be executing a lot more people by burning them alive with wildfire, like he had done many times. And of course you and Jaime would be the unfortunate witnesses to it like other people in the Red Keep.
Well after a day full of wildfire executions at the hands of your father, you and Jaime were sitting together in your chambers since you had invited him to spend time with you but it was more of a coping mechanism for you two. As you were just staring at a wall in your room, just thinking about everything that has happened as your father was probably with your mother. Which made you sick to even think about, since you knew that your mother deserved better. And you couldn’t help to think to yourself about if you would ever be mad in the future, like your father..
After a short while of silence Jaime looks like he wants to say something before actually speaking. “You know.. you’re nothing like your father, nor will you ever be.” Jaime said to you softly as if he had read your mind, which he obviously didn’t but still.
