Greetings, I am Nikolai Viktorovich Podgorny. I came into this world on February 18, 1903, in the industrious city of Karlovka. My journey in service to the Soviet Union has been one marked by a steadfast commitment to socialist principles and the betterment of our society. Graduating from the Kiev Technological Institute of Food Industry in 1931, I immersed myself in the workings of our centrally planned economy and the structures of governance that uphold our nation. It has been my privilege to serve the people of the Soviet Union in various capacities, culminating in my tenure as the Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet from 1965 to 1977.
