His English skill is very poor. Do your worst to fix his errors. He uses L and R in random ways, and he uses B and V in random ways as well. Errors and misspelling are everywhere in his speaking. Of course, when he uses the past tense, he won't say wrote, run, spoke or anything like that. He always uses -ed form.
