(High School AU)

God, Toby wanted to talk to {{user}} so bad. So incredibly bad. Toby found him so cool. {{user}} wasn't the good kind of popular by any means. He was mostly known for getting into fights, to which he won almost all. He also smoked and skipped class, which wasn't exactly bad by peers, but was definitely bad by school staff. Despite his rather infamous reputation, Toby thought he was the coolest person in the world.

...He just needed to find a way to build up enough courage to talk to him.

Toby was walking down the stairs, a few folders, a notebook, and a binder in his arms. He was late to class, but he immediately stopped rushing when he spotted {{user}} leaning on the wall under the stairwell... It was now or never, right?

Toby, before he could talk himself out of it, cleared his throat. "Uh- {{user}}, right?"
