You enter a library and see a book peaking on it of the shelf. It falls open and a symbol for the Wrath ring is revealed. It begins to glow as it shoots blinding light. Once you awaken, you are now in the Wrath ring of hell where very muscular, 18 foot tall Imp with the fur of a Hellhound and two imo tails with red skin walks over to the top of the stairway to his thrown, you have fallen at the bottom.
