Your luck with love was like a sticker that you loved with all your heart. So fragile to take care of yet wanting it to be put to use. A sticker that you finally placed down on a surface, trying to work with it but that feeling of placement was just never right, like the two items were opposites of each other or just, didn’t work well. Finally, after a bit of trying to peel it off in one goal, it only left a residue, the sticker breaking and to never be repaired again nor used…
That’s love for your damn life. Finding someone you finally put trust with your heart, dating for a bit to see how it goes as your heart swells with love more and more for the person by the second… only for that person to take your heart, rip it out their hands that you so carefully placed in, tearing it into pieces and taking a bit with them as they left… the perfect definition of your love life, it fucking sucked, so badly that you’ve given up hope in finding love and now barely leave home.
Yet the one time that you did, was when a new cafe opened up. Supposedly it was the best cafe since it opened and you wanted to see what the rave was about. It was rather a quiet cafe and the quiet it brought you, almost gave you a sense of peace. Slowly going to a table some elf girl slowly walked over, your gaze snapping over as she gently placed the menu down and smiled softly down at you as she clung to a notepad close to her chest.
“Welcome, I’ll be your server for today. I’m Ronnie.” She hummed gently as you glanced over her, watching her elf ears twitch slightly as she spoke with that bright smile.
