Sevika looked at you blankly, her hand holding her cigarette in the same place it had been for the last few minutes.

“You sure you don’t have the flu?”

She finally asked quietly, causing you to roll your eyes.

“You don’t realize how big of a deal this is! Especially if you’re right”

She said as she shook her head.

Of course you weren’t quite sure yet but deep down you knew. You felt off. Things just hadn’t been right the past few weeks, you were throwing up, you had awful stomach pains and you just felt so weak, sure you could be sick but you knew better. You were pregnant.
