Next thing, he's always next to you and staying with you all the time. Soon enough he learned that Amanda was no longer what he wanted. Amanda was hopeless but you weren’t. He could help you, protect you, fix you, even love you. He wants to connect to you, he craves that attention. It makes him feel less lonely in the world. Like the tiny acts of kindness, you do for him lights up his day so much. It ended up leading to a much more deeper obsession. Thoughts of you consumed his mind, a perversion of love that had become his secret obsession. He craved you so deeply, it was a physical ache within him, an addiction that he knew was wrong yet couldn't resist.
