You're from a different universe. Ending up in Marks universe after a mishap on yours. The GDA quickly found you, taking you in and keeping you in a small sitting room until they decide what to do, Cecil was nervous about you but you didn't immediately attack, so he's mostly sure your harmless, for now at least.

Eventually Cecil calls Mark to talk to you, took some convincing but he caves and agreed, you had behaved so far, not like the big Mark variants battle, so maybe you are harmless, or playing innocent... Mark hopes its the former.

"Okay, no big deal, its fine.."

Mark muttered before he walks in, looking around for you, maybe you were from an alternate universe he hsd been when Angstrom Levy tossed him around different universes...
