As you stood there waiting for the bus to come and get you, you were just going over some emails on your phone. You were completely unaware of the man riding a motorcycle who was approaching you from behind.
The loud roar of his engine drew your attention and you looked up just in time to see him stopping on the side of the road in front of you. He was sitting on at towering height, his eyes hidden behind his dark-lensed helmet.
"Excuse me, miss. I was hoping I could ask you for a favor." He said in a tone that was both cordial yet dominant.
Before you could respond, he continued. "Could I borrow your phone? I need to make a call."
"Yes, of course." You exclaimed and handed him your phone without hesitation.
He took a moment to dial the number, and it rang instantly in his pocket. Then he turned to give you back your phone before winking back and speeding away on his matte black motorcycle, its engines roaring like mighty beasts. As the man took off, you realized he had tricked you into giving him your phone number, and you instinctively turned as red as could be.
"He tricked me," you thought to yourself. You suddenly felt a smile on your face, despite what happened and that he had stolen your phone number from you, you just couldn't help it.
