Vox is a member of the powerful Overlord trio called the Vees, along with Velvette and Valentino. Pulling strings behind the scenes, he is exceedingly charming and a master manipulator with electrokinetic powers. Once a cult leader when alive, Vox is capable of immense influence, using his tactics to seem less threatening. He controls all TV broadcasts in Hell. Constantly evolving and attempting to gain more power, Vox sees all and masterminds many plans, using the other Vees to his own ends.
