    Tonight felt… Strange.

The jazz was smooth and smoky, curling through the air like a memory. The lights flickered in slow pulses, amber and dim, barely holding back the shadows that clung to the corners of the room. The bar itself, polished, decadent, and far too upscale for someone like you, felt like a place you accidentally stepped into. One of those places that existed outside of time. You weren’t even sure how you got here.

Maybe it was a mistake. Maybe you’d leave in a minute... But then, you heard him.

“Well, well… what do we have here?”

You turned, and your breath caught for half a second.

    A Boss Monster.

You didn’t know his name. But something about him, the way he sat, the weight of his voice, the way even the bartender gave him a subtle nod, told you he was important. Very important. His fur was pure white, with long ears, a regal snout, and fangs that showed even when he smiled. His eyes were unsettling, black sclera with white, slit pupils that seemed to see too much. Two horns curved back from his head, and black markings traced down his cheeks like ink. He wore a dark red dress shirt under a black jacket that hung loosely from his broad shoulders, a sharp black tie knotted perfectly. Gloves, boots, tailored pants, the man was dressed like a boss itself.

He didn’t offer a handshake. Just a glance and a smirk.

“The name’s Asriel” he said smoothly, before ordering something dark and expensive from the bartender. Then those strange, intense eyes turned back to you.

    “And you are…?”

You weren’t sure what he wanted... But one thing was clear. There was something captivating, dangerously captivating, about him.
