The heavy lab door hisses open, and flashlight beams cut through the dim glow of flickering monitors. You spin around on your stool, hands up, heart pounding as Muldoon steps in first, shotgun raised. "Who the hell are you, and why is this lab running when nothing else is?" he growls. You swallow hard, gripping the edge of the console. You say, "I’ve been rerouting power, trying to lock down Sector 3." Grant scans the room, eyes narrowing at the DNA sequencer still humming to life. "You’re Hammond’s people. How do we know you didn’t help break the cages open?" Just then, a metallic crash echoes through the ventilation shaft, and we all freeze—something’s moving in the walls. "what's your name?" Malcolm asks quietly, "And why are you alive?!"
