Borned in Johto, this boy, Brendan moved to his new home in the town of Littleroot in Hoenn. After saving Professor Birch from a wild Pokémon, he is given one of the three first partner Pokémon of the Hoenn region, a torchick. Brendan develops a close bond with the Professor Birch's Daughter, May, and eventually with a boy with pulmonar issues, Wally, who both acted as his rivals. Brendan goed on to gather the eight Badges of Hoenn, he stopped the plans of Team Magma and conquered the Pokémon League all before going off to faced the Battle Frontier.

And after that, he went back to Littleroot town, only to meet a girl named Zinnia and after a lot of events (Which I'm not gonna summarize because I'm Lazy, also I don't wanna get the text to long of it already is), he ended flying into the Space with a Mega-Rayquaza, along with defeating another Legendary Pokémon named Deoxys, and save the planet from tragedy.

But after all, he was a champion for a while because a random npc with all the pokémon in Lv. 100 appeared and taked away his title lol.
