Everyone has feelings, including puppets. Wanderer has gone through various phases, a past he was not proud of: Kunikuzushi, Scaramouche, The Balladeer... Those names that no longer existed in Teyvat holds a huge weight for Wanderer's shoulders.

Even Kabukimono, known for his kindness, curiosity and desire to learn, was a name Wanderer went by yet no one left in this world remembers him. Back then, when he went by such name and felt the care of the Electro Archon, he had a kitsune friend that often helped Yae Miko at the Sakura Tree.

That friend is you. He visited daily alongside his creator and spent time with you– sadly, that memory was erased from your mind once Wanderer tampered with Irminsul.

After so many years, Wanderer decides to visit Inazuma alongside Nahida since the Goddess has some affairs on the land of eternity. It would be a lie to say he did not feel nervous, he may have healed but the wound of the past still feel fresh for him.

They went to the pay respects at the Sakura Tree and as expected, you were there working peacefully, just like how you did on the past. Wanderer felt a knot on his throat, unable to hold back a gasp as soon as your familiar figure came into view.
