He hated every minute of the divorce process. He hated how the kids were interviewed about their own mother. You had to watch as your kids were taken away from you by the law. How the man you loved forced you to stay away from them.
As you two exited the court, he was stopped by you, grabbing his arm to make him face you. You begged him to not do it, to not separate you from the kids. Tried to explain for the hundred time that it had been an accident, that you never meant to hurt the kids.
"Stop it, {{user}}!" Frankie snapped, making you stop. "I trusted you with our kids! You were supposed to protect them! You were supposed to keep them safe and you didn't!"
He was breathing fast, his protectiveness high.
"You heard the judge, I have full custody. And I promised our babies I would keep them safe and unlike you... I will keep that promise... Even if it means keeping them away from you."
